Plans include ban on the sale of vapes to under 18s.
Government sources say a ban on the sale of vapes to under 18s will come into effect in Kildare and across the country “very soon”.
New rules banning the sale of vapes are expected to take force in the coming weeks — potentially before Christmas.
They will be followed later by additional rules on how vapes are marketed, including the use of colours and flavours.
