The Kildare man received the award for his garden "The Next Step."
Newbridge native Joe Eustace has won the silver-gilt medal at Bloom 2023.
Minister of State in the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine and Kildare South T.D. Martin Heydon commented: “It was great to meet Joe on Thursday at Bloom where he explained the concept of his garden “The Next Step’.
"I was fascinated by how Joe brought his idea to life and created such a unique garden. He displayed such passion for his work and at such a young age he has a bright future ahead of him in garden design.
“I am delighted to see him win the silver-gilt medal having already won Bord Bia Bloom’s Cultivating Talent initiative which supports emerging talent in the Irish horticulture sector.
"The Bloom event is a wonderful showcase for garden design, and it is great that Kildare is represented at it by such a young, enthusiastic ambassador.
"Congratulations to all the Kildare winners this weekend," Heydon added.
