Just over a year ago the former MMA fighter was found liable for assaulting Ms. Hand, based on her claims that he raped her in the penthouse suite of a Dublin hotel in December 2018.
She was awarded nearly €250,000 in damages.
After one unsuccessful appeal, he then applied for a further one before the Supreme court, but yesterday that was rejected.
Nikita Hand says the decision is a victory, not just for her, but for all those who have been treated as she has, and for the justice system.
