Around 14,000 premises in Kildare cannot currently get online.
No more broadband connection points are proposed for Co. Kildare.
These hubs are part of the National Broadband Plan, and are installed in advance of the roll out of the fibre to the home network.
BCP sites installed and connected in the Kildare include Crookstown Further Education and Training And Community Centre, Lullymore Heritage Park and Bigstone Community Hall.
Minister of State, Ossian Smith, says "it is worth noting that Kildare already has a significant number of hubs that fall outside the Intervention Area."
No more are planned at present.
