Commercial vacancy rate now stands at 13.9%
The number of vacant commercial buildings in Kildare has dropped slightly.
A survey from Building Database company ‘GeoDirectory’ has found the commercial vacancy rate in the County is now 13.9%.
Of the Kildare towns analysed, Leixlip has the highest commercial vacancy rate at 17.7%
Maynooth has the lowest at 9.9%.
The survey has found there are 29,000 empty commercial units across Ireland.
