Over 70 events are taking place across Kildare later today as Culture Night 2024 kicks off.
Culture Night events will run from 4pm till late.
It is an all-island event that takes place on the second last Friday of September which celebrates culture, creativity and the arts.
Some of the events happening in Kildare include a celebration of Irish music at Newbridge Library, an upcycling workshop in Rathangan, and a celebration of the Autumn Equinox in Kildare Town.
All events are free of charge.
