Planning Permission Sought For Large Residential Development In Leixlip

229 dwellings are being planned

Cairn Homes Ltd. is seeking planning permission for a Large Scale Residential Development at 'Leixlip Gate' in the townlands of Kilmacreddock Upper and Castletown.

The site is located to the east of the R449, north of the M4, and south of the 'Harpur Lane' residential and creche development currently under construction.

229 dwellings including 139 two-storey houses, 54 apartments and 36 duplexes are being planned on approximately 8.6 hectares of land.

Car and bike parking spaces are also being planned.

Cairn Homes has lodged the application with Kildare County Council and a decision is due in early 2024.
