Kildare County Council has agreed to provide a link on the council website to show the projects and enhancements that are made around the county, which are funded through the Local Property Tax.
Naas MD, Labour Cllr. Anne Breen brought forward the motion at a recent council meeting.
Speaking on Thursday morning's Kildare Today, Cllr. Breen said that the council have agreed to provide a link on their website which will show residents of Kildare where their property tax money is bring spent.
She said there is no exact date for the service yet, but she expects that it will be sometime in October.
Cllr. Breen said she would "keep the pressure on" the council, and was adamant that the service would enhance communication to the public on how the property tax is used.
