Properties In Rent Pressure Zones, Potentially In Breach Of Regulations, Identified In Kildare.

KCC has submitted short-term lettings returns to the Dept. of Housing.

Kildare County Council has identified 6 properties potentially in breach of regulations on short-term lettings.

Those renting out properties for certain kinds of short-term residential let have to apply for planning permission.

KCC identified the 6 following inspection of 22 properties, up to May 19th.

It has issued 5 warning letters.

The data was provided by the Dept. of Housing, in response to a parliamentary question by Sinn Fein's Ruairi Ó Murchú
