A consultant psychiatrist says it's not possible to identify people who are going to harm their children.
It's after a woman who killed her three children in Dublin last year was found not guilty of murder, by reason of insanity yesterday.
Deirdre Morley, of Parson's Court, Newcastle, took the lives of her sons, Darragh and Conor, and daughter, Carla.

Punchestown resident, Professor Patricia Casey, is of the Hermitage Medical Clinic in Dublin.
She says these cases are hard to prevent.
And, Prof. Casey says, they are very rare events.
While a leading academic says the rights of families to information about a relative attending mental health services, should be strengthened.
