The National Ploughing Championships will move to Rathangan next year.
Organisers of the event made the announcement yesterday evening.
The dates will be the 21st to 23rd of September 2027.
More than 243,000 people passed through the gates of this year's event - an increase on last year.
The event has been held in Screggan in Co. Offaly for the last five years.
