The Department of Heritage has confirmed that approval has been issued to Kildare County Council to proceed with repair works to
Fine Gael Kildare South TD, Minister Martin Heydon received confirmation today that approval has been issued to Kildare County Council today to proceed with repairs.
Kildare County Council now has the approval to go ahead with the works as soon as possible.
The works needed to be approved the Department of Heritage because the bridge is a protected structure.
