Third-Level Education Remains A Priority As High Percentage Of Students In Kildare Go On To College

With an average 83.1% of pupils going on to third-level across Kildare, there remains a strong appetite for education beyond the Leaving Cert.

The ratio of school leavers who went to university this year has stalled, according to the Irish Independent Feeder Schools supplement.

However, with an average 83.1% of pupils going on to third-level across Kildare, there remains a strong appetite for education beyond the Leaving Cert.

An impressive 100% of students from several schools across the county progressed to third-level education following the 2023 Leaving Certificate.
