Fiona O'Loughlin also wants Rathangan to get its own Garda car
Fianna Fail Senator Fiona O'Loughlin has called for Garda stations to be reinstated in Ballymore Eustace and Ballitore.
Speaking in the Seanad, Senator O'Loughlin also advocated for the Rathangan area to get its own Garda car, as it doesn't currently have one.
Yesterday, we reported that there are 428 members of An Garda Siochana assigned to the Kildare Division, the second lowest in the country per head of population behind County Meath.
Fiona O'Loughlin says reopening Garda stations and staffing them around the county is a must, going forward.
