There's been a decline in the pace of new car registrations in Kildare.
The Society of the Irish Motor Industry says 4,310 new vehicles have been registered in the county in the first 9 months of the year.
That's 15.09% increase the same period in 2020, however, the increase reported between January and August was over 16%.
SIMI says, overall,nationally, there's been 22% decline in September in new car registrations, and an 18% increase in EV purchases
