A sleep expert is warning about the accuracy of 'sleep tech' when analysing how well we are sleeping.
Fiona Brennan Author of 'Sleep Well' says relying too heavily on data relating to our sleep patterns from apps, can cause some people to develop 'somniphobia' or a fear of sleep.
