A campaign is under way to reassure domestic abuse victims that help is there for them throughout the Christmas period.
The Still Here campaign will be relaunched today.
It comes against a backdrop of the scandal over cancelled 999 calls to gardaí.
Over 200,000 calls between 2019 and 2020, were cancelled, over 3,000 of which related to domestic violence.
