A teenage boy who was hit by a car in Celbridge earlier this week has died in hospital.
The crash happened on the Aghards Road in Celbridge just before midday on Wednesday.
He was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown with serious injuries, but since passed away.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses or any motorist with dash cam footage to contact them.
