On December 24th, Donaghcumper House on Dublin Road, Celbridge, situated on 26.3 acres, was bought for €1,251,750; it's anticipated that Kildare County Council and the Office of Public Works will develop this site into the River Liffey Amenity Park.
Beechgrove House in Naas fetched €1.25 million, while Kellsboro House in Kilbelin, Newbridge, set on 46 acres, was sold for €1.2 million.
Additionally, No. 2 St John's Park South, St John's Grove, Johnstown, was acquired for €1,040,000.
