Gardai are appealing for witnesses.
At around 4am on Saturday morning, thieves forced entry into Fitzpatrick’s Service Station on the Dublin Road in Monasterevin by smashing the front door with a large rock.
Once inside, they rummaged through the store and stole multiple vape pens and cigarettes.
The culprits fled the scene in a Navy Blue Skoda vehicle.
Gardaí are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage from the area at the time to contact Kildare Garda Station.
Two days earlier at 3.30am (Thursday, December 5th) at Tesco in Clane, Gardaí responded to an alarm activation at the supermarket, where they discovered the front door had been smashed using a rock.
The suspects made off with a significant quantity of cigarettes.
Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area or who has relevant dashcam footage to contact Naas Garda Station.
