They were two of seven people killed in road collisions on Saturday, making it the deadliest day on our roads in almost a decade
Tributes have been made to a Naas couple who died in a road traffic collision in Waterford over the weekend.
Named locally as Brian and Grace Frisby, the couple were killed in the crash at lunchtime on Saturday.
The collision, involving a car and a van, happened on the Tramore Road at Robin Hill.
The couple, both in their 40s, died at the scene, while a man in his 50s and a young boy were taken to hospital for treatment.
The couple were originally from Waterford, but had been living in Naas.
Kfm understands the couple were prominent in the local GAA scene.
Naas GAA has postponed a number of scheduled events.
