The themes of these services will range from bereavement and loneliness to financial pressure and family conflict.

Turn2Me is encouraging people to reach out if they are hit by the Christmas blues this year.

The mental health charity is running online support groups at midday from December 25th to January 1st 2026.

CEO of the charity, Fiona O'Malley, says support is out there for those who need it.
