The project is being conducted by Irish Water.
Two days of water network works begin in Kildare Town this morning.
The works are being conducted by Irish Water as part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme.
Mains repair works may cause supply disruptions to Campion Crescent, Assumpta Villas and surrounding areas, between 11am and 3pm today.
There will be a traffic management plan in place for the duration of the works, and it could take up to three hours for the system to refill and supply to resume when works are completed.
Works will take place, at the same time and location, on Tuesday.
