The development description is as follows:
"the upgrade of the Robertstown Wastewater Treatment Plant and will consist of the construction of a new storm water holding tank complete with internal cleaning system, internal storm return pumps, access ladder and platform; construction of new storm water forward feed and final effluent wash water pumping stations; widening of the site entrance gate; and all ancillary site works
