Following repairs to burst water main
There is a water outage in Kill this evening.
Following repairs to a burst watermain today, repairs to a valve are being carried out in Glendara until 8pm.
Areas affected include Glendara, St. Patricks Park, Kilheale Manor, Hartwell Green, Rochford Park, River Lawns, Earlscourt, Killhill, Main Street and surrounding areas.
Irish Water's Peter Thornton commented: “The repairs are being conducted as quickly and efficiently as possible to minimise disruption to the area and restore water for all customers. We understand the inconvenience unplanned outages can have on customers and we appreciate your patience as we work to return the water supply to homes and businesses as quickly as possible.”
Customers are advised to wait 2-3 hours following repair for full supply to resume.
