Men in Baltinglass and surrounding areas are being encouraged to sign up to a new programme by HeadsUp to improve and work on their mental health.
A 7-week programme by the evidence based mental health education and training programme is coming to Baltinglass Parish Centre in March, where men over the age of 18 can learn to build their mental fitness, boost their confidence and take action to get back on track.
