Wins for Kilcock And Kilcullen in the Leinster Club Football Championship

Both Kildare teams record comfortable wins in their Provincial openers

Kilcock and Kilcullen have both opened their Leinster Club Football Championship campaigns with comfortable wins.

Kilcock secured a place in the Intermediate quarter finals with a 0-15 to 0-07 win at Wicklow champions An Tóchar.

Kilcullen beat Barndarrig of Wicklow by 2-11 to 5 points at St Conleth's Park to set up a Junior Championship meeting with Grange of Carlow.

The impressive win came thanks to and a Daz Barker goal and Shay Pembroke penalty.
