Woman (80s) Dies In House Fire In Tallaght

Dublin Fire Brigade worked to bring the blaze under the control but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

A woman in her 80s has died in a house fire in Tallaght.

It broke out in the Mountain Park estate in yesterday evening, with gardaí and emergency services attending the scene just before 7pm.

A post mortem will be carried out on her body, while gardaí will conduct a technical exam of the scene.
