The Department of Health has been notified of 393 new cases of Covid-19.

In the 14 days to Wednesday, 167 people in Co. Kildare were diagnosed with the virus.
The county's incidence rate for that period is 75.1 cases, per 100,000 people.

Nationally, there are currently 48 people in hospital with the virus, a decrease of 10 on the same day last week.
14 patients are in intensive care with Covid-19, a decrease of 8 over the same period.
