37-year-old Jason Murphy, also known as Jason Hutch, was extradited from Spain yesterday.
A son of Gerry "The Monk" Hutch has been remanded in custody after appearing in court on an organised crime charge.

Jason Murphy will appear before Cloverhill District Court again next Wednesday, September 17th, via video link.
He was brought before a special late sitting of Dublin District Court after being returned from Lanzarote, where he'd been held since April.
Mr. Murphy is accused ofparticipating in or contributing to activities intended to facilitate the commission of a serious crime by a criminal organisation or any of its members.
These actions are alleged to have taken place at an unknown location between April 2016 and September 2021.
He was unrepresented in court because of the solicitors' strike over legal aid reforms � telling the judge he'd been unable to obtain representation.
The court heard he made no reply when charged.
He was remanded in custody and has yet to indicate a plea.
