5,600 Covid Cert Compliance Checks Carried Out On Pubs & Restaurants

31% were either non-compliant or needed to put additional measures in place.

More than 5,600 checks have been made on pubs and restaurants on their compliance with Covid certs.

Latest figures from the HSE and Health and Safety Authority show, as of last Friday, 69 percent were found to be compliant.

The HSA says no fines have been issued, but continued non-compliance will lead to financial penalties.
