A man has died following a single-vehicle collision in Co Offaly.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the fatal crash that occurred at Moorock, Ballycumber, in the early hours of this morning .
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a man aged in his 30s, was killed.
The body of the man has been removed from the scene to the Mortuary in Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore and a post-mortem examination is expected to take place.
The road is currently closed for a technical examination and Local diversions are in place.
