A man in his 20s has died following a crash in Lucan in Dublin.
It happened just before half 8 last night.
Mairead Cleary reports;
"This two-vehicle collision happened on the R136 in Lucan.
A car and a motorbike collided at around twenty five past eight last night - injuring a man in his 20s.
The motorcyclist was taken to Connolly Memorial Hospital, where he later passed away from his injuries. A post mortem is due to take place on his body.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
An examination of the scene by Forensic Collision Investigators has since concluded and Gardaí are appealing to witnesses to come forward, particularly those with dash cam footage.
