The VAT rate could hike to 13.5%
There's a call on Government to consider the implications a higher VAT would have on the smaller elements of hospitality.
The Cabinet is due to meet on Tuesday to announce whether to hike the tourism VAT rate to 13.5%.
The current rate stands at 9%.
