The disappearance of Elizabeth Clarke, a 24-year-old woman who went missing in November 2013, has been upgraded to a murder investigation.

She was officially reported missing by her family in January 2015.
At the time, she was residing in Navan, County Meath, though she had also previously lived in Portrane and Bettystown, County Meath, with her family.
Today, Gardaí announced that they have upgraded the case to a murder inquiry.
Additionally, they are conducting a search of a property in Navan.
A forensic archaeologist will also be brought in to assist if necessary.
