Alliance says Taoiseach attendance at All-Ireland hurling final was blatant disregard for sector
The Events Industry Alliance says the government needs to show the industry the respect it deserves.
Gardaí were forced to ask a number of pubs near Croke Park to close yesterday, after hundreds gathered outside following the All Ireland Hurling Final.
One pub is being investigated for allegedly breaching Covid-19 regulations.
The events sector is unhappy the Taoiseach attended the match, claiming it was a blatant disregard for the live entertainment and event sector.
NPHET will meet on Wednesday ahead of the Cabinet Sub Committee on Friday to discuss the easing of all remaining restrictions.
