Children are twice as likely as adults to contract the 'flu
A free nasal spray flu vaccine is available for children aged 2 to 17 from today.
The HSE is advising parents to make sure their kids avail of it as it's safe and pain free against flu.
Children are twice as likely as adults to get the flu and and some can get complications such as pneumonia or bronchitis and may need to go to hospital.
