Kyran, who would now be eight years old, is missing, presumed dead, and it’s believed he may have been killed up to two years ago.
The Garda Commissioner says members of the public have come forward with “important information” in relation to the suspected murder of Kyran Durnin.
Searches are continuing for a third day at a piece of wasteland close to the former Durnin family home in Dundalk, County Louth.
