Guidance On Re-Opening To Be Issued To Nightclub & Live Events Sector Today.

The Taoiseach says the updated guidance will be 'practical' and based on common sense.

The live events sector says 'firm clarity' is needed immediately, on how gigs can take place from tomorrow.

The Taoiseach last night told a Fianna Fail Parliamentary Party meeting the guidance will be 'practical and common sense will apply.'

Dan Lambert's the band manager with Kneecap, which is due to play a sold out gig in Cork on Saturday.

He says any more delays would be financially crushing:
