Kfm spoke to Luke Snow, who leads the church in the capital and hopes to expand to Kildare.
A religious group based in the capital is hoping to establish a presence in every county of Ireland, including Kildare.
The evangelical Christian group in the capital is lead by Luke Snow, who said Ireland is a "toleration nation" on LGBT rights and other minority groups.
It attracts members through social events and sermons.
The group believe gay priests are "unbiblical".
In the past, the Dublin International Christian Church has hosted Christian silent discos and Frisbee matches.
Kfm spoke to Luke Snow, who leads the church in the capital and hopes to expand to Kildare.
He said he used to smoke cannabis and drink alcohol but the bible "saved him".
When asked if LGBT members or other minorities are allowed to attend his sermons, he said: "Yes, I have many gay friends".
However, he said he agrees with the church's founder Michael Williamson, who in a video posted online, said: "This is England. This is not a Muslim country. This is not an LGBT country. This is God's land."
Snow said he would be delighted to expand to Kildare.
The group has been actively recruiting students from a number of universities.
In a video posted online, Snow said if a person is "sick" or "in pain" then "God has forced you to be in that pain" because that is"exactly where you need to be".
Kfm understands that some universities have asked members of the ICC to leave their campus, something Snow said he is not aware of.
