PSNI Detectives investigating the death of Lyra McKee have charged a 53 year old man in connection with the events of that day.
The 29 year old was shot dead in April 2019, while she was observing a riot in the Creggan area of Derry City.
The man's been charged with rioting, assault and throwing petrol bombs, and is expected to appear before the Derry Magistrate's Court tomorrow.
Meanwhile another man, who was arrested on Friday, has been released pending a report to the North's Public Prosecution Service.
