32 year old Diego Costa Silva remanded in custody
A man in his 30s has appeared in court in Dublin charged with the murder of his wife in Finglas earlier this week.
32 year old Diego Costa Silva, who's originally from Brazil, appeared before the Dublin District Court charged with the murder of 32 year old Fabiole Camara De Campos.
Ms Camera De Campos was found dead at an apartment in Charlestown Place on Thursday morning.
Mr Costa Silva, with an address at Charlestown Place in Finglas, was charged with murder at Finglas Garda Station in the early hours of this morning.
He sat with an interpreter during this morning's court hearing.
Judge Grainne Malone granted recommended a psychiatric assessment take place and approved an application for legal aid.
Mr Costa Silva was remanded in custody to appear again via video link at Cloverhill District Court next Friday morning.
