The charity supports survivors of sexual abuse.
A charity supporting survivors of sexual abuse had to suspend its waiting list when it reached a two year delay during lockdown.
One In Four is launching its 2020 annual report today and says it had 98 people waiting for psychotherapy last December.
It says it had to switch services to online only, overnight, and saw huge levels of demand for help resulting from stay-at-home rules.
CEO, Maeve Lewis, says it wasn't even possible to refer people to another service because they're backed up too:

One in Four says more than half of it's clients were abused within their own families.
It says some survivors will not get to tell their stories in court until the end of next year due to a backlog with cases.
CEO of One in Four Maeve Lewis says it's deeply affecting their mental health
