Moscow claims there were no patients in the hospital.
Ukraine's president has claimed it's only a matter of time before Russian missiles land in Nato territories.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy has also reiterated his call for a no-fly zone - and criticised Europe's reliance on a gas pipeline from Russia.
Zelenskyy has said his country will fight Russia's attack until the end.
