Three men have already been charged with the murder of Tom Dooley
A teenager has been arrested in connection with a fatal assault in Kerry in October last year.
As part of the ongoing investigation into the fatal assault in Rathass Cemetery, Tralee on Wednesday, 5th October 2022, Gardaí have arrested a male juvenile in his late teens.
He has since been charged and is due to appear before Tralee District Court this morning.
Three men have already been charged with the murder of Mr Tom Dooley (43) from Hazelwood Drive, Killarney, including his brother Patrick Dooley (35) with an address at Arbutus Grove, Killarney.
Mr Dooley was attacked while attending the funeral with his wife, Siobhan and four of his seven children.
He was treated at the scene in the graveyard by paramedics before being rushed by ambulance the short distance to University Hospital Kerry where he was pronounced dead shortly upon arrival.
