They won the Intermediate and Junior titles respectively
The county has two new Leinster Champions, following a largely successful weekend for Kildare clubs.
Milltown beat Glyde Rangers of Louth in Manguard Park Hawkfield to win the Junior title on a scoreline of 1-9 to 1-4.
On Saturday, Allenwood defeated Scoil Ui Chonaill to win the Leinster Intermediate Championship.
The final score in Parnell Park was 4-12 to 3-5 in favour of the Sky Blues.
Unfortunately, also on Saturday, Naas lost out to reigning champions Kilmacud Crokes in the Senior Final.
That game finished 1-14 to 0-10 in Croke Park, with Kilmacud making it three titles in a row.
Thanks to our sponsors McKenna Haulage Allenwood, The Harp Bar Kildare Town and Abbey Electrical Naas for their coverage over the weekend.
Monday morning’s Kildare Today from 10.45 and Monday evening’s Kildare Scoreboard programme from 6.20pm will recap all three games.
