Fresh from winning gold in the 400 metre freestyle yesterday, Ireland's Daniel Wiffen has won his heat in the 1500 metre freestyle at the European Short Course Championships in Romania.
He is now into the final, as is his brother Nathan, who finished third in the same heat.
Ellen Walshe has qualified second from her heat in the 100 metre individual medley.
