Suncroft's Cian Prendergast has been left out of the matchday squad.
Ulster hooker Tom Stewart will make his first Ireland start in Saturday’s World Cup warm-up with Samoa.
His introduction is one of twelve changes from last week’s win over England, with only Mack Hansen, Josh van der Flier and Eadestown's Tadhg Beirne retained.
In Ireland’s final game before the tournament proper, Eadestown's Jimmy O’Brien, Keith Earls and Jack Crowley all get the chance to impress in the backs.
Van der Flier’s joined in the back row by Leinster teammates Ryan Baird and Caelan Doris.
Suncroft's Cian Prendergast, Ciaran Frawley and Jacob Stockdale are left out of the matchday squad.
Meanwhile, head coach Andy Farrell hopes Dan Sheehan will be fit for the World Cup.
Scans on his injured foot revealed only a sprain.
Farrell has also eased any fears regarding Ronan Kelleher’s fitness.
