Kieran Treadwell is in line to win his 150th cap for the hosts, while Marty Moore makes his first start since New Year's Day at tighthead.
Connacht welcome back Mack Hansen to their side, after he missed last week's Investec Champions Cup defeat to Saracens.
Kick off is at 7.35pm.
Elsewhere, Glasgow host Edinburgh at the same time.
