They drew 3-3 with KuPS in Finland last night, going through 4-3 on aggregate.

The Candystripes will now face Topol of Kazakhstan and their progression to the next stage is worth almost one million euro.

But Shamrock Rovers and Dundalk are out of the competition.

In the SSE Airtricity Premier Division tonight, St Pat's go to Sligo, and it's Bohemians versus Drogheda.

Both of those games kick off at 7.45.

In the First Division, leaders Galway United go to Finn Harps, it's Treaty United up against Longford Town, Bray Wanderers play Athlone Town, Waterford take on Kerry and it's Cobh Ramblers to play Wexford.

The Championship season kicks off in England this evening, with Sheffield Wednesday hosting Southampton.

Ireland head coach Andy Farrell is backing Jack Crowley to make an impact against Italy tomorrow.

He's been named at out half for the first of the World Cup warm up games at the Aviva Stadium.

Crowley will have his Munster team-mate Craig Casey alongside him at scrum half.

Farrell says Crowley is showing up well in training.
